Congress stood up the Department of Education in 1979. You can read the whole Constitution and you still won’t find it.
That wasn’t an oversight. That was a power grab dressed up as “for the kids.”
Schools belong to parents and states. Not a cabinet secretary in Washington who never met your child, never signed your tax bill, and somehow still thinks they run the classroom.
